Grace & Joe’s Beautiful Late Fall Wedding at Kenwood Country Club

Grace and Joe’s wedding day was one of those truly heartwarming celebrations that we’ll be talking about for a long time. Their late fall wedding in Cincinnati had the perfect mix of elegance, warmth, and personal touches that made it completely their own.

They began their day at Summit Country Day Chapel, a gorgeous and historic chapel tucked into Hyde Park. The architecture there is absolutely stunning, and during the ceremony, light streamed in through the stained glass in the most magical way as Grace walked down the aisle. It was such a quiet, emotional moment—one of those scenes you feel lucky to witness and even luckier to capture.

After the ceremony, we made our way over to the reception at Kenwood Country Club, one of Cincinnati’s most classic venues. While we spent a little time finishing up their portraits, guests enjoyed a relaxed cocktail hour out on the patio. The fall air was crisp, but just right for mingling and sipping cocktails under the golden light.

One of the most memorable moments of the night was when Grace and Joe were welcomed into their reception with a live trumpeter leading the way—such a fun and unexpected touch! Their first dance followed shortly after, and it was one of those moments that felt straight out of a movie.

From there, the evening unfolded beautifully: a delicious dinner, sweet and funny toasts from family, cake cutting, and of course—plenty of dancing. The dance floor stayed packed, and the joy in the room was contagious.
